The platform’s onboarding solutions, which cover all in-house, remote, and hybrid employees, include video intros, matching new joiners with buddies, catchup calls, virtual onboarding coaching, and a feedback system.
The company’s change management solutions help employees navigate reboarding, remote work, relocations, emergencies, and M&A activity, by providing guidance and tools for managers to keep all relevant parties up to date. Enboarder also offers learning solutions including personalized learning content, a mentor matching system, and tools to track engagement, completion, and feedback.
Key customers and partnerships
As of April 2024, Enboarder served over 500 companies with notable enterprises including McDonalds, Deloitte, ING and Hugo Boss. In addition, it has partnered and features integrations with 25 companies including Jira, DocuSign, Workday, BambooHR, and Microsoft Azure.
Previously, in 2021, the company noted that it grew its customer base by 130% and doubled its revenue and team headcount.
Funding and financials
In its latest funding round (February 2022), Enboarder raised USD 32 million in Series B funding led by NewSpring. Hart Callahan (Partner, NewSpring) joined Enboarder's board of directors as part of the deal. The fresh funds were used to double its headcount in 2023 and continue international expansion with further investments in infrastructure and systems.
