Welcome is a marketing orchestration platform designed to transform how marketers run marketing campaigns. Originally founded in 2008 as NewsCred, the company rebranded to Welcome in 2020. Welcome's platform combines content marketing platform (CMP), marketing resource management (MRM), and digital asset management (DAM) capabilities in a single solution. It enables marketing teams to strategically align, streamline execution, and demonstrate results across the entire marketing lifecycle - from planning and creation to delivery and optimization.

The platform allows marketers to accelerate campaign planning, content production, and asset management without relying on IT support. It provides tools for real-time collaboration, campaign orchestration across multiple channels, and granular performance measurement. Welcome's technology integrates with existing martech stacks to connect data feeds and trigger automated, personalized messaging based on customer behaviors. Key features include A/B testing, content recommendations, and analytics to optimize campaigns and demonstrate ROI.

In December 2021, Welcome was acquired by Optimizely, a digital experience platform provider. The acquisition aimed to create an end-to-end solution for marketers to plan, create, deliver and optimize campaigns and content. Following the acquisition, Welcome continued to operate as a standalone business unit within Optimizely, with plans to integrate more deeply over time.
