Nimble is a social and marketing CRM designed to store and organize contacts and manage customer relationships. The app includes social media integration and a “smart contacts” feature that enables companies to collate important contact information off social media, emails, and the web for prospective customers. It also helps companies tailor sales pitches. The app can also be integrated with Google Workspace and Office 365. In October 2022, the firm launched ‘ Workflows ’, a new workflow automation feature that enables users to associate client contact records with specific workflows and projects. As of February 2022, Nimble had more than 140,000 customers.
In July 2021, the company announced an in-app integration with Microsoft Teams to help businesses and professionals (i) prepare before meetings by accessing information of participants from existing contact records (such as bios, business insights, and communication history), (ii) log key details by taking notes during Teams meetings and syncing them to Nimble, and (iii) follow up after meetings by sending trackable and templated emails.

In June 2021, Nimble partnered with Reliance Network, a company that provides website design and CRM systems for real estate brokerages.
