 Q Bio, a predictive assessment platform provider, has raised USD 27 million in strategic funding. The investment round was led by TELUS Global Ventures, and featured contributions from existing investors such as Khosla Ventures, Andreessen Horowitz, Founders Fund, and Kaiser Foundation Hospitals. The funds will be used to hasten the market launch of Q Bio's Mark I full-body scanner.
 These funds will speed up the manufacturing plans for the Mark I scanner as Q Bio navigates the regulatory approval process in the US. The Mark I provides full-body scans which yield quantifiable data across 3,000 anatomical measurements, all within a 10-minute scan. This data is used by AI to create a digital twin of the patient, allowing for the assessment of current health concerns and the prediction of potential diseases.
