HelloTeam is an all-in-one platform that offers performance management, employee engagement, and social community features to organizations. The platform provides a range of tools such as digital reviews, goal setting, and one-on-one meetings for managing employee performance as well as engagement features such as recognition, surveys, badges, and rewards to fuel a positive company culture.

Additionally, HelloTeam offers online learning and training courses for employee development, compliance training, and certification purposes. Funding and financials

In October 2022, HelloTeam raised USD 10 million in a Series A funding round led by Tom Golisano. Funds were earmarked to expand AI usage to improve employee retention, based on insights from employee engagement and performance. The company also disclosed that it generated revenue in the ‘single digit’ millions for 2022.
