Idelic offers a driver management platform dubbed “Safety Suite” that consolidates fleet data and automates compliance processes for safer transportation. Safety Suite uses machine learning to convert fleet data into predictive insights to reveal drivers’ performance and safety operations. The platform can identify at-risk drivers prior to an accident, reduce turnover, and lower insurance costs.

In October 2023, Idelic launched “SafeView,” a business intelligence and analytics module that leverages the fleet data to generate insights for fleet management. SafeView provides a dashboard with visualizations and insights, such as impact analyses, trend monitors, and industry benchmarks to help trucking fleets understand and manage risk. The model can be used as a tool to optimally allocate driver safety resources, pinpoint high-risk geographies or terminals, and measure the impact of risk-reducing initiatives.

As of July 2024, Idelic’s users included Pitt Ohio, Modern Transportation, Market Express, Boyle Transportation, Dot Transportation, Hub Group, Dollar General, Trimac, Tyson, Pitney Bowes, RelaDyne, Hansen & Adkins Auto Transport, NEP, Jetco, and TCI.

Idelic partners with third-party companies for an enhanced user experience. These include referrals, resellers as well as integrating data and workflows from other technology providers including transport management systems (TMS), onboard telematics, asset management, HR systems and training, etc.

The company also had integration partners, namely for 1) telematics/cameras (Geotab, Isaac, Motive, Speedgauge, Platform Science, Lytx, Netradyne, Bendix, Orbocmm, Verizon Connect, Samsara, etc.) and 2) accident/risk data (Our Safety Department, Origami Risk, EHS Insight, Truckmate, Riskonnect, etc.).
