Founded in 2013, VyncaCare initially developed as a software company providing advanced care planning tools. In 2021, the company expanded into the palliative care provider space through its acquisition of ResolutionCare, a California-based telehealth provider. VyncaCare's platform now serves patients across five states - California, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Utah. As of December 2023, the company was serving nearly 1,700 patients, representing a 100% increase in census from the beginning of that year.
