Zently

Zently is a smart assistant tool for renters. Zently targets renters who are under 30 years old and share houses. It helps tenants to split the cost of rent and utilities among themselves and pay the rent automatically. These tasks can be performed because the tool is connected to renters’ bank accounts, and it can scan shared bills such as utilities. Moreover, as opposed to traditional emails and phone calls, Zently uses a chat-based interface to submit maintenance requests, allowing renters to select predefined categories for issues and attach pictures.
