Ziflow

Ziflow is a collaborative tool for remote marketing and creative teams. It enables users to automate the review and approval process with annotation and markup tools, allowing them to collaborate in real-time on approval workflows. Ziflow offers annotation and commenting features for team members to give feedback on creative content. It also automates tasks such as file-sharing, FTP uploads, document renaming, and conversions. Ziflow allows for comparison of content proofs to identify corrections and maintains an audit trail of comments, replies, and attachments to streamline review processes.

Supervisors can create review groups with specific staff members, configure invitation messages, notification frequencies, and deadlines for each group according to specific requirements. The platform allows managers to monitor the proofing progress of specific groups, stages, and reviewers, receive deadline reminders via email, and utilize templates to handle proof creation and distribution processes.

Claims to reduce time spent to complete creative projects by 56%, and time spent on review and approval by 59%.

As of April 2021, the platform had approximately 1 million users across more than 1,000 customers worldwide, including Showtime, McCann Worldgroup, AWS, Weber, Specialized and Dupont. 

The company offers integrations with the tools and applications commonly used by creative teams including digital asset management and file storage platforms such as Dropbox and Google Drive, project management platforms such as ClickUp, Monday.com, Asana and Trello.For designers and illustrators, Ziflow's Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator extensions allow for sharing and feedback without leaving the apps. 

Funding and financials

In February 2023, the company raised USD 20 million in a Series A funding round led by Riverside Acceleration Capital and Companyon Ventures, to drive growth, expand operations, and invest in product development.
