Gorilla Expense offers timesheet and non-card expense management platforms for businesses that lets employees upload their receipts and automates the data extraction, approval, and reimbursement processes. Gorilla also lets users allocate expenses to several categories such as projects, centers, and departments to gain better visibility on their spend. It can also be used to create reports, charts, and graphs to derive insights on the corporate spend. Gorilla can be integrated with several accounting and ERP systems as well, including Microsoft Dynamics, Sage, and QuickBooks.

The platform can also be integrated with third-party credit cards to import transaction data directly to the platform and subsequent expense reports. It also provides a mileage tracking feature through Google Maps, where the number of miles and mileage rate can be calculated to manage travel expense claims.

Gorilla can accommodate expenses in more than 140 currencies, and expenses can be reflected in the home currency based on the current conversion rates.
