Pivotal Commware is a global leader in 5G millimeter wave (mmWave) infrastructure products, specializing in holographic beamforming technology. The company's product ecosystem is designed to extend the coverage area of radio access networks (RANs) and improve fixed wireless access (FWA) deployment. Pivotal's key offerings include WaveScape, a network planning tool that optimizes the placement of network elements, Pivot 5G network repeaters for navigating signals around obstacles outdoors, and Echo 5G subscriber repeaters for penetrating signals indoors through window glass. These products utilize Pivotal's patented Holographic Beam Forming (HBF) antenna technology, which aims to increase network speed, capacity, and spectral efficiency while minimizing cost, size, weight, and power consumption.

The company's holographic beamforming technology passively breaks down and reshapes RF signals into desired shapes, allowing for rapid adjustment of individual, narrow beams to provide service to devices as they move. This approach is designed to be more cost-effective and energy-efficient compared to traditional beamforming and MIMO systems. This end-to-end solution includes network planning, optimization, and deployment services for mobile network operators. In January 2023, the company introduced new features to its WaveScape tool, including MDU (Multi Dwelling Unit) FWA optimization and 3D visualization, to enhance network design processes in high-density urban environments.
