iSolved

iSolved assists companies in human capital management (HCM) through its iSolved People Cloud platform. 

The company was originally launched in 1986 to assist businesses on the Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (COBRA), which gave workers and their family members who had lost their health benefits the right to choose those benefits for a period of time. Even today, iSolved is one the leading companies that provide such benefits in the US.

In 2012, iSolved launched its first version of the HCM platform. Further, in October 2020, the firm expanded this platform with a rebranding as the “People Cloud platform.” 

Some of the key services provided on the platform are as follows:

- Talent acquisition: Provides solutions to identify, interview, and onboard the best-fit candidates.

- HR and payroll: Offers self-service actions for payroll processing and reduces the burden of calculating taxes and making payments. It also enables employees to search and enroll in benefits that suit them.

- Workforce management: Improves accuracy of employee time and attendance management for both remote and on-the-go employees. It also manages workforce scheduling and ensures expenses are inline with budgets and in compliance with regulations.

- Talent management: Provides solutions for employee communication and performance management tools to maximize business success. It also provides comprehensive tools to manage employee compensation.

In August 2023, iSolved launched Compensation Analytics and Talent Intelligence Solutions to improve employee retention. In October 2023, analysis carried out by Nucleus Research  found that customers using isolved People Cloud experience an average return on investment (ROI) of 201% over three years with an average payback period of 7.2 months.

As of April 2024, iSolved served over 6.8 million employees across 168,000+ enterprises. Notable customers using its platform included Burger King, Bridgestone, and the State of California. iSolved also provides partner solutions through its ASO and PEO network, with notable partners such as AmTrust, Intuit, and Rapid.
