Clobotics is a Washington-based provider of hardware and software solutions for the management of retail stores. The company provides an AI- and computer vision-powered solution to manage stocking and shelving in the stores. It enables the users to use a mobile app that captures photos of store shelves. The data captured will then be used to generate insightful analytics for store operations, such as shelf usage stats, planogram compliance, and out-of-stock data. Clobotics’ technology has the ability to obtain and read store image data in 10 seconds and uses computer vision-recognition trained by a neural network and deep learning to obtain accurate reads of products at an SKU level.
Key customers and partnerships
Clobotics’ customer network includes brands such as Swire, Walmart, Sephora, Coca-Cola, Adidas, P&G, Acosta, Crossmark, and ABInBev.
Funding and financials
In March 2021, the company raised USD 30 million in a Series pre-B-4 capital raise. The company planned to invest the funds toward improving its verticals in consumer-packaged goods, firms, retailers, and wind turbine manufacturers and owners segments.
