Business expense cards, Business payout management platforms
?

Based in Australia, Weel (Formerly DiviPay) offers a range of business expense and payout management solutions to help businesses control their spending and streamline financial processes, through custom workflows.

Through its business expense cards offering, the company enables enterprises to issue unlimited virtual, physical, and one-time expense cards to its employees. The cards can also be integrated with the end user’s Apple or Android wallets. The platform also enables users to upload receipts and enter necessary transaction data to support transaction reconciliations.

Weel also offers non-card expense management solutions, where employees can submit reimbursements for necessary approvals, which ensures reimbursements are in line with expense policies.

Meanwhile, Weel also offers payout solutions through its bill pay and subscription management solutions. Through its Bill pay solutions, users can upload invoices (data will automatically be extracted through OCR), which will then be routed for necessary approvals and paid through scheduled bank transfers. Its subscription management solution helps businesses get insights and control over their subscription payments.

The platform can be integrated with several ERP and accounting softwares, including Xero, QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage, and Microsoft Dynamics.

Weel charges its customers based on a subscription basis, with monthly charges ranging from AUD 119 to AUD 2,025 per month. Charges vary based on premium features such as dedicated account managers, custom expense fields, CSV report exports, and personalized onboarding and training solutions.
