Emagispace provides commercial modular building solutions targeting office space, retail, events, art gallery, and performance sets. The company also offers privacy pods and privacy rooms. The company operates in Minneapolis and Denver and uses a virtual manufacturing system i.e., buying machine time when needed from other manufacturers who own computer-controlled cutting machines. 

The patented EmagiBlocks system allows sustainable fiberboard panels to be assembled to create spaces at scale, using different components such as connectors, hinges, doors, and windows. After assembly, the walls can be covered with one of the standard finishes available or a custom finishing decorative cover. Emagispace structures can be redesigned and reconfigured after use or depending on the requirement. The company reports that its structures are half the cost of traditional constructions, using one-tenth of the time required while materials are fully recyclable.
