Kenjo is a German-based integrated platform providing employee engagement and performance tools in combination with HR solutions. The platform’s features include performance reviews, objectives and key results (OKR), time and attendance tracking, automated payroll summaries, and employee surveys.Funding and financialsIn October 2020, Kenjo raised EUR 5.1 million (~USD 6 million) in seed round funding led by Redalpine with participation from Force Ventures.Funds were earmarked to continue its geographical expansion and product development. The focus was to increase presence locally and enter Austria, Switzerland, and Spain in 2021.

ActivTrak is a cloud-based productivity monitoring software provider. The platform offers data and analytics which can be used to detect workplace productivity gaps. The platform collects data from employee activity logs and computer screenshots, although it does not log keystrokes or record video of a user’s screen.
