Its SMB offerings include features to protect network routers, manage IoT devices in the network, implement content controls and other service quality features. SAM Seamless also offers its solution to network operators and gateway manufacturers to enable the security of the network devices provided to customers. For network operators, the company also offers white-label mobile applications which the former can offer to their users to manage security features.

The company counts technology companies such as Liberty Global, CabelLabs, and Bezeq as its clients. As of May 2021, SAM Seamless protected 2 million networks covering 70 million devices globally. The company expects to grow this number to 10 million networks and 500 million devices, by the end of 2021.

In May 2021, SAM Seamless raised USD 20 million in a Series B funding round led by Blackberry and Verizon Ventures. The company expects to use the funding to accelerate the growth of its product. More specifically, it aims to advance its offering by taking full advantage of 5G edge computing architecture to make faster security decisions for IoT devices.
