ArborCrowd operates under the guidance of its co-founders, Adam Kaufman and Ivan Kaufman, who collectively bring decades of real estate expertise. The platform serves as an asset manager for its investments, overseeing deal execution and long-term performance on behalf of investors. Investment hold periods typically range from three to five years, with distributions at the discretion of the respective deal's manager.
