OBRIZUM, a UK-based learning and engagement platform, provides an adaptive learning solution with tailored learning pathways, automated workflows, and analytics to improve employee productivity and workplace satisfaction for businesses. Its proprietary technology automates the creation or updating of learning programs and analyzes and curates multimedia content into modules in real-time, challenging users on subjects they are strong in and bolstering them in areas they are less adept in. As of November 2022, the platform served ~20 customers across Europe and the US, including Barclays, Merck, PwC, and SQA. 

The business claimed to have developed one of the most advanced AI-driven teaching platforms in the world, which can assess an employee's understanding of any subject by continuously monitoring and evaluating a range of variables, including the amount of time and attention spent on a page and the accuracy and assurance with which they respond to questions.

Key customers and partnerships

In March 2021, the business entered into a partnership with Capita, a global supplier of professional services and business process outsourcing, allowing OBRIZUM to grow and increase its client base. Additionally, Capita will employ OBRIZUM's data science and AI skills to create more advanced courses with personalized instruction. 

Funding and financials

In November 2022, the company raised USD 11.5 million in a Series A funding round led by Guinness Ventures. It planned to use the funds for further platform development and to expand its market presence.
