The company’s focus is on healthy, culturally relevant, and affordable meals for school children and families. Revolution Foods offers a range of breakfast, lunch, snack, and supper meals, such as spaghetti and meatballs, noodles, sandwiches, cereals, muffins, fruit, and milk.

The company creates meals that meet or exceed nutrition and ingredient standards set by the federal government and looks to make affordable and healthy meals accessible throughout the US. The company focuses on serving low-income communities, food-insecure populations and schools, and community feeding programs nationwide. Since 2006, Revolution Foods has designed, produced, and delivered close to 500 million meals to various partners including feeding programs, childhood education centers, charter schools, senior programs, and afterschool youth programs, across 23 states. The company has six culinary centers and currently serves 2,500 schools, cities, and customer sites, across 564 cities and towns and 23 states.

The company became a Certified B Corp in 2009. In September 2021, the company announced its conversion to a Delaware Public Benefit Corporation (PBC), validating its commitment to a sustainable operating model focused on generating social impact through its operations. The company will remain a certified B Corp to satisfy its reporting requirements as a PBC.

In September 2021, Revolution Foods raised USD 60 million in a funding round led by L2 Point, bringing the company’s total funding to around USD 150 million. The capital went toward investments in systems, production infrastructure, and innovation.
