Tia provides patient-centered care that encompasses primary care, mental health, gynecology, and wellness (acupuncture). While the majority of Tia's care is virtual (60%), patients can still schedule in-person visits with healthcare providers when necessary across 4 states as of May 2024. Patients can access Tia's services by subscribing on a monthly or yearly basis. Members can book appointments instantly using Tia's mobile app and have on-demand access to Tia's care team. Additionally, Tia partners with healthcare providers to offer specialty services like obstetrical care and cardiology.

Funding and financials
The company completed a USD 100 million Series B funding round in September 2021 led by Lone Pine Capital and the funds will be used to scale its in-person care and virtual care operations.
