JotForm

JotForm is an online form building tool that helps users to create and publish forms. It allows users to design professional forms and collect online payments, and it can be used by multiple business functions ranging from sales to HR. The platform’s “Tables”  tool enables users to create spreadsheets that can also function as databases. Users can collect, organize, and manage data collected through a mix of sources, including form submissions, imported data, or manually entered data. 

Moreover, Jotform offers Jotform Apps, a no-code app builder. Jotform Apps offers a drag-and-drop app builder with 200+ templates to enable users to build apps for several use cases, including enterprise solutions, bundling forms, and creating portals for internal teams.  Users can use widgets such as QR codes, social media links, and video, and create an app with a single form that can be instantly downloaded onto any device without visiting an app store.

In June 2022, Jotform added to the platform with the launch of “Jotform Store Builder,” a no-code solution that enables businesses and individuals to build an online store via a drag-and-drop interface. The solution provides customization options (such as product lists, widgets, and branded URLs) as well as 25+ payment gateways (such as PayPal, Stripe, and Square), 70 widgets, and 100 free templates.

Key customers and partnerships

As of February 2024, JotForm reported more than 20 million users across education, government, financial services, healthcare, and non-profit. Its users included large enterprise customers such as Adobe, Viacom, Redbull, Pottery Barn, and Nickelodeon.

In September 2023, Jotform introduced Jotform for Salesforce on the Salesforce AppExchange. This integration enables customers to incorporate the form automation capabilities of Jotform into their Salesforce accounts.
