The platform’s AI-powered chatbot “Numa” connects with customers on their landline numbers and solves customer queries. The platform features a shared inbox that integrates communication across channels (calls, messages, social media) as well as call routing, updates, and lead engagement. The platform is also integrated with payment management systems, loyalty, scheduling, and POS solutions.
The platform claimed to recover appointment revenue of up to USD 150,000 per month, increase response time by 98%, and facilitate a 16% increase in customer continual service improvement (CSI).
