ExpensePath (EP) offers a non-card payment management platform that provides a mobile app for employees to enter expenses to be reimbursed. The platform can extract details from pictures of receipts, automate approval processes based on company policies, and create expense reports. Users can also integrate EP with several financial platforms such as Sage Intacct, QuickBooks, and NetSuite to automate the accounting processes. EP can also be integrated with payroll systems such as PrismHR and Netchex.
The expense platform can also be integrated with third-party Visa, Mastercard, and Amex cards to directly import transaction data through direct bank feeds, individual card links, or file uploads.
EP offers custom pricing models to its customers, on a pay-per-use method, based on the monthly activity. It reportedly bills customers on the amount of usage and number of users.
