Rightway Healthcare

New York-based Rightway Healthcare operates Rightway Navigation, a B2B care coordination platform, and RighwayRx, an online pharmacy service platform. The Rightway Navigation app analyzes proprietary and third-party data to connect members with clinicians, guiding them to an appropriate treatment plan. 

The company also operates an app-based pharmacy benefit manager and concierge service called RightwayRx that provides support for a member’s prescription needs by connecting them with pharmacists. The RightwayRx app allows members to communicate with a clinical pharmacist, track prescriptions, compare medication prices, and set up medication alerts.  As of May 2023, Rightway's platform has served over 1 million members.

Key customers and partnerships

In May 2023, One Medical, a membership-based direct primary care service provider, become an integrated care partner in Rightway’s care network. Through this partnership, One Medical joined RightwayHub, an ecosystem partnership program, which allowed Rightway’s care navigators to recommend One Medical’s care services for both primary care and treatment adherence to increase customer engagement. The objective of the partnership included providing employers with an offering that would increase market reach and engagement on both companies’ platforms, along with enabling employees to identify the best provider more efficiently.

Funding and financials

In March 2021, the company completed a Series C funding round for USD 100 million which valued Rightway at USD 1.1 billion.
