Eldermark Software

Eldermark Software is a provider of electronic health record (EHR) and technology solutions for the senior care industry. Its EHRs facilitate data flows, analytics, and efficiencies that lead to lower costs for senior living facilities. Eldermark’s Health Information Exchange (HIE) allows caregivers to share the patient’s health and well-being with other caregivers to improve care and reduce medical aid. 

Eldermark also provides a communication app called NOTIFY, which offers video, text, and audio capabilities. The app is designated for use by senior housing residents, caregivers, and senior family members. In February 2021, the company launched Microsoft Power BI (Business Intelligence) apps for its collection of software solutions. Ultimately, this enhances the interactive nature of Eldermark’s software solutions. Subsequently, the company unveiled "Eldermark POC 2" (launched in June 2021), a point of care app that enables caregivers to track and manage operational data. 

The company has partnered with more than 2,500 senior and assisted living communities with software engineers and support staff, including nursing professionals, who use the product.
