Kyruus is a company that helps healthcare organizations connect with patients. The company has a search and scheduling platform that allows health systems, hospitals, and medical groups to consult with patients. The foundation of the platform is made from provider data management, which allows providers to access system-wide information. The company provides tools such as its modern provider search, scheduling, and payer syndication solutions. The company also provides data management facilities to ensure patients using the search feature identify the right care providers. 

In April 2021, Kyruus acquired HealthSparq, which allowed it to connect to payer and provider access channels. Its customer base includes Banner Health, Baptist Health, Baystate Health, Emory Healthcare, ColumbiaDoctors, Geisinger, Hartfield Medical Group, and Prisma Health.

In September 2022, the company acquired Epion Health for an undisclosed sum . The acquisition was carried out to create an all-inclusive patient access and customer engagement solution for healthcare providers and organizations.The combined entity will provide solutions that cover the entirety of a patient’s journey including patient access, care coordination, online scheduling, payment collection, and digital engagement solutions. Providers on Epion Health’s platform will also gain access to Kryuus’ patient engagement tools while Kryuss will integrate Epison’s features such as its telehealth solutions. When combined, Kyruus and Epion Health will support over 500 health systems and medical groups.

As of July 2024, its search tool covered over 425,000 providers, 1,000+ hospitals, 500+ medical groups, and more than 150 million health plan members.

In July 2024, the company partnered with XO Health, a healthcare services organization for self-insured employers, to provide XO Health's members with a seamless digital experience. Through the partnership, XO Health's customers will be able to access "Kyruus Connect for Payers" for features such as provider searches, cost transparency, quality scores, primary care selection, augmented provider data, appointment scheduling, and telehealth integration.

In April 2024, Kyruus partnered with Google Cloud to add its Kyruus Connect for Payers solutions to the Google Cloud Marketplace.
