Sterilis Solutions System provides the medical industry and related players (clinical labs, fire departments, and FBA airports) with a remediation device that converts regulated medical waste (RMW), such as syringes, needles, bandages, and gloves, into harmless confetti that can be thrown safely with regular trash. The device can be installed on-site and requested on-demand. It replaces haulers and the need to incinerate medical waste. The device can convert hazardous waste within 60 minutes and claims to reduce waste volume by 80%. The software system collects data on waste transformed and gives users real-time cycle status information.

Key customers and partnerships

The company partnered with Trinity Warranty Solutions (provider of risk management solutions to manufacturers, distributors, and consumers across several industries) in April 2016 to be its warranty partner and received a 5.5-year warranty for its remediation device.
