As of December 2021, the platform served ~100 clients from more than 60 countries in 15+ languages, including Chime, Zoom, Dropbox, Cloudera, VMware, Mozilla, Bloomberg, Plaid, and UserTesting.
The company claimed that in less than six months, there had been a 173% increase in the capacity to successfully interact with others across all functions, a 71% improvement in general trust and credibility between management and teams, a 62% increase in their capacity for communication, conflict resolution, and dispute resolution, and a 49% surge in leaders' strategic and critical thinking capacity driving growth and innovation.
Funding and financials
In December 2021, the company raised USD 30 million in a Series B funding round led by Jazz Venture Partners. It planned to use the funds to expedite the deployment of its CMS. Additionally, it stated that its annual bookings grew by more than 350% YoY, its enterprise client NRR exceeded 200%, and sequential growth was observed over the past seven quarters.
