Leasecake is a cloud-based SaaS lease management software that provides a centralized platform for managing lease and location information. It serves as a single source of truth for all lease agreements, licenses, permits, assets, franchise agreements, and more. The platform facilitates collaboration among teams and automates reminders, helping business owners and multi-location operators efficiently manage time-sensitive, mission-critical events and minimize risks.

Leasecake's software offers a range of features, including lease and location management, file storage for various contracts and documents, tracking maintenance and repair costs, interactive dashboards and customizable analytics, accounting and compliance with lease accounting standards (ASC 842 and IFRS 16), task assignments, automated report generation, and license and permit renewal tracking. The platform integrates with popular accounting software such as NetSuite, Sage, QuickBooks, and Restaurant 365.

In April 2024, Leasecake closed a USD 10 million Series A extension round led by PeakSpan Capital and Las Olas Venture Capital, with additional support from Silicon Valley Bank. The funding will be used to refine Leasecake's AI-driven platform and expand its offerings to accommodate its growing customer base.

Leasecake caters primarily to the needs of retail, food and beverage, franchise, and corporate-owned store businesses, typically managing between 30 and 200 locations, but its scalable architecture can accommodate portfolios with over 1,000 locations. The company also offers professional services like lease abstraction, lease accounting, CAM and tax reconciliation, and lease restructuring consultations.
