Immerse

Immerse is a UK-based VR training and content platform for enterprises that allows them to create, scale, and deploy VR training programs. Its offerings include the “Immerse Marketplace,” which contains more than 120 VR training applications, and the “Immerse SDK,” a Unity package-based framework allowing enterprises to create their own tailored VR training content. The company also offers an administrative tool (to manage user access and progress tracking), scalable deployment methods, and reporting and data insights.

In November 2022, Immerse launched “VR in a BOX,” a solution aimed toward enterprises that are just starting out with VR. The product contains all the necessary tools and components for enterprises with little or no experience to begin using VR. It includes access to the Immerse Platform, five learning applications from the Immerse Marketplace, five VR headsets, and the company’s Mobile Device Management solution, which allows employers to regulate the content.

Key customers and partnerships

As of January 2024, the company had more than 4,000 customers including enterprises such as Shell, GSK, Accenture, Mars, General Electric (GE), Nestle, DHL, and AirFrance. Furthermore, it has struck partnerships with VR headset manufacturers such as Meta and HTC and other partners include Unity, Accenture, GP Strategies, and SAP SuccessFactors.
