Super operates a platform that provides subscription-based maintenance and repair services for homeowners. Through its platform, clients can inform Super what specifically is in need of repair (electric, plumbing, appliances, etc.) and arrange a convenient time. Super will then dispatch repairmen who will carry out repairs or replace the items when necessary, at no additional cost.

Super offers its services through three distinct plans: Simple, Signature, and Lux. The monthly subscription cost for each plan varies according to the location and square footage of the home.

Super provides customers with the ability to access their maintenance history using their mobile app and informs clients on any preventive measures that could be taken to avoid future repairs.

In May 2021, the company reported that revenue had increased sevenfold since April 2019 

In August 2023, Super had acquired the assets of Nations Home Warranty, American Home Guardian, and TotalHome Warranty, marking its second major acquisition in the home warranty space after purchasing Platinum Home Warranty in 2022. This acquisition expands Super's reach from eight to 35 states, supporting its mission to revolutionize home warranties with technology that makes home ownership as hassle-free as renting.

Key customers and partnerships

In March 2024, Super partnered with real estate company Baird & Warner in February to offer home warranties to over 2,200 agents through the ONE dashboard. This collaboration expanded Super's reach in the Greater Chicago area, enabling agents and homeowners to easily access and manage warranty services through Super's app.

In May 2024, it partnered with Bay Area real estate company Intero to offer enhanced home warranty options to over 1,900 agents. This partnership provided comprehensive coverage at competitive prices, allowing homeowners to manage repairs and track progress through Super's app. Super is also a preferred partner of Intero's parent company, HomeServices of America.
