Findity

Findity is a Swedish company that offers the “Findity” platform (formerly known as Companyexpense) for enterprises to automate their business expenses and travel reimbursements. Users can upload various types of receipts, in multiple currencies, to the platform. These are then automatically sent for approval, with finance teams eventually making the payments. The platform also automates accounting processes by enabling integrations with around 20 accounting and payroll softwares including Xero, Sage, and QuickBooks.

Users can also link third-party cards (private and business cards), where the purchases would then automatically be collected by the Findity platform. The company also looks to improve the accuracy of mileage cost compensations by integrating with electronic logbooks and automatically calculating the mileage compensation.

Findity uses a subscription-based pricing model, charging users on a per user per month basis (starting at EUR 7 per user per month). It offers customized packages for enterprises with over 50 employees, which includes additional features such as partner account management, customer success managers, sales and marketing support.

The platform was used by over 30,000 companies as of May 2022, including American Express, Fortnox, and Visma.

Funding and financials

The company raised SEK 50 million (USD 5 million) in funding in May 2022 to invest in international expansion and product development.
