Findity

Findity is a Swedish company that offers the “Findity” platform (formerly known as Companyexpense) for enterprises to automate their business expenses and travel reimbursements. Users can upload various types of receipts, in multiple currencies, to the platform. These are then automatically sent for approval, with finance teams eventually making the payments. The platform also automates accounting processes by enabling integrations with around 20 accounting and payroll softwares including Xero, Sage, and QuickBooks. 

Users can also link third-party cards (private and business cards), where the purchases would then automatically be collected by the Findity platform. The company also looks to improve the accuracy of mileage cost compensations by integrating with electronic logbooks and automatically calculating the mileage compensation. In October 2024, the firm launched a real Time Card functionality to allows users to connect any Mastercard or Visa to Findity's expense management platform.

The platform was used by 40,000+ companies as of September 2023, including American Express, Fortnox, and Visma.
