ReKTGlobal (acquired by Infinite Reality)

ReKTGlobal is an esports and entertainment conglomerate founded in 2017 by Dave Bialek and Amish Shah. The company focuses on helping brands authentically activate within the gaming and esports industries through services such as content creation, paid media, marketing, influencer activation, and fan relationship building. ReKTGlobal operates four key business divisions: esports franchises, marketing and partnership services, talent management, and technology products. Its assets include championship esports organizations Team Rogue (League of Legends LEC) and London Royal Ravens (Call of Duty League), content creation and marketing company Greenlit Content, digital media agency Fearless Media, fan engagement platform FullCube, and digital talent management company TalentX Entertainment. In July 2022, ReKTGlobal was acquired by metaverse technology company Infinite Reality in a USD 470 million all-stock deal. As of January 2022, ReKTGlobal's esports vertical alone generated estimated revenues of at least USD 15 million, with two-thirds of the company's overall revenues coming from marketing services and talent management.
