Locus AG utilizes a proprietary modular fermentation system to produce fresh, high-potency batches of agricultural microbes that are delivered to growers via a unique cold chain process. In June 2018, Locus Agricultural Solutions formed an exclusive Florida distribution partnership with Triangle Chemical Company, a Georgia-based distributor of agricultural products. This partnership aimed to expand the reach of Locus AG's products, particularly in the Florida citrus market affected by Huanglongbing (HLB) or Citrus Greening Disease.

Locus AG established its first fermentation center with Bethel Farms in Arcadia, Florida, with Bethel Tri-Yield serving as the company's distributor in the Florida markets. One of Locus AG's notable customers, Parkesdale Farms, reported a 20% reduction in fertilizer use after implementing the Rhizolizer probiotic.
