Localize operates a data-driven platform that simplifies the buying and selling process for buyers and real estate agents. For buyers, Localize uses AI to source billions of data points from multiple sources, which is then analyzed and broken down into various criteria, which users can use to filter and identify properties to match their exact requirements. Such criteria include high ceilings, building violations, complaints, pests, and the extent of natural light. As a result, users are able to gain access to personalized listing recommendations, which are further tailored based on customer responses to suggested listings. The platform also aids agents and brokers by digitizing the lead generation process and identifying and reporting leads based on different stages of the buying process. 

As of August 2024, over USD 100 million worth of properties were sold on its platform.

The company offers two plans for its agents. The Agents plan costs USD 249 per agent with a 15% referral fee, while the Teams plan costs USD 749 for up to five agents with a 12% referral fee. The company also offers a custom plan called “Brokerage” with custom pricings for large teams and brokerage service.
