EnduroSat is a Bulgarian satellite company that designs and develops CubeSats and nanosatellites for business applications and space exploration missions. EnduroSat offers a range of products, including platforms, power modules, communication systems, on-board computers, antennas, solar panels, structures, laboratory equipment, and custom modules. These products are designed to support various aspects of satellite development and operations. In addition, EnduroSat offers services such as the following:
Space service with fixed-cost, rapid payload integration, enabling mission configuration in minutes and launch within six months. Its proprietary software suite supports the design, configuration, and testing of space missions. Key features include software-defined satellites, flexible on-demand operations, and an extensible cloud-based ground station for enhanced data transmission and API access
SpaceOps service provides a centralized platform for streamlined satellite operations, offering fast and secure data access, mission scheduling, telemetry analysis, and API automation. It includes features such as encrypted communication, payload tasking, and custom dashboards
SpaceDev service simplifies the development, configuration, and testing of software-defined satellites. It offers a plug-and-play connection, handling bus protocols and communication, enabling instant tele commands via cable or radio, and providing customizable dashboards
In June 2021, EnduroSat launched Spartan from the US, the first of several upcoming shared satellite missions empowering commercial partners with space capabilities. Spartan's architecture allows multiple payloads to operate reliably on a single nanosatellite with access to onboard processing, power, and pointing capability, enabling multi-tasking in space. Payload data is accessible through EnduroSat's Digital Ground Station.
Key customers and partnerships
As of June 2024, EnduroSat had delivered 2,500+ satellite modules in orbit, serving more than 210 customers worldwide since its 2018 market debut.
In January 2020, EnduroSat partnered with Mission Space, a Latvian startup focused on space weather monitoring, to launch high-energy particle detectors on one of EnduroSat's CubeSats. Mission Space planned to establish a 24-satellite constellation and provide data analytics to quantify risks to individual satellites. In August 2023, EnduroSat teamed up with Vyoma for Europe's first commercial Space Situational Awareness mission, designing and building ESPA Microsatellites to be deployed in LEO from late 2024 as part of a 12-satellite constellation for observing space objects. In September 2023, EnduroSat partnered with the University of Berkeley, NASA, and others for the PADRE solar mission, hosting an X-ray polarimeter and directivity sensor on its 12U satellite scheduled for launch in 2025. The aim of the mission was to study the sun and solar flares.
