Deeplite offers an automated software engine to optimize Deep Neural Network (DNN) models for AI and ML on a range of edge devices such as cameras, sensors, drones, phones, and vehicles. Deeplite aims to improve cost efficiency and address compute resource constraints relating to ML application by making the models more compact and energy-efficient.
The company launched its “NeutrinoTM” software in mid-2020 (around one year after inception) and had a workforce of 15 employees as of April 2021, which it intends to double by the end of 2021.
In April 2021, Deeplite raised USD 6 million in seed funding, led by PJC, which it intends to invest in R&D, expanding its headcount, and entering new markets.
