Aiera

Aiera is a financial event intelligence platform that provides comprehensive coverage of Wall Street events. The company offers a suite of tools for tracking, accessing, and analyzing investor events across global equities. 

As of February 2024, Aiera's platform covered over 60,000 events annually, including earnings calls, investor conferences, and other corporate events for more than 13,000 global equities. The technology delivers real-time transcription with less than 500 milliseconds of delay and 97%+ accuracy, along with features like one-click audio streaming, DVR-style audio controls, and smart document search. 

The platform's core functionality includes calendar tracking, event access, dynamic monitoring, and multicasting. Aiera's advanced language processing engine enables users to build custom monitors or use pre-configured options. The technology also offers AI-powered analytics such as sentiment analysis and topic extraction. The company also operates its own Gen AI event assistant (launched in February 2024), accessible through OpenAI’s GPT marketplace. This feature enables clients to explore corporate events through the ChatGPT interface using Aiera's event data and coverage. 

In April 2023, Aiera acquired Columba Systems, a UK-based financial event data company. Through the acquisition, Columbus Systems’ event data was integrated into Aiera’s platform, through which its clients gained access to expanded event coverage. 

Key customers and partnerships

Aiera's client base includes established financial institutions such as Citi and UBS. The company has entered several partnerships to enhance its product suite and broaden its reach.

In October 2022, Aiera partnered with Verity, a provider of research management software and analytics, to develop a Research Management Software (RMS) that incorporates data relating to live corporate events; an offering that Aiera claims is the first of its kind. 

In February 2023, the company partnered with BlueMatrix, a global investment research platform, through which Aiera’s event coverage will be integrated with BlueMatrix’s authoring tools, to offer event summarization, Q&A, and audio/video elements to clients. In June 2023, Aiera expanded its offerings by partnering with Nasdaq Data Link to provide spoken summarizations of global investor events through Amazon Alexa-enabled devices, allowing users to access event summaries via voice commands.
