The company’s solutions are available in 35 languages and it has offices in Paris, Madrid, Berlin, and New York.

In January 2022, the company acquired the data privacy startup Agnostik for an undisclosed sum, following a long-standing partnership between the two. Agnostik provides data privacy and compliance services for organizations to maintain compliance with privacy regulations such as the GDPR. The company’s solution provides actionable privacy compliance insights and tools that automatically monitor websites to reveal privacy flags such as hidden spots, cookies, and third parties, in order to send email alerts to users with instructions on how to address the issue with their consent notice configuration. The acquisition of Agnostik allowed Didomi to strengthen its existing compliance offerings with privacy monitoring solutions. The acquisition also allowed the company’s customers to access expert advice in Privacy Ad Operations (Privacy AdOps), which deals with user privacy standards and irregular privacy practices such as dark patterns.

In July 2021, Didomi raised USD 40 million in a Series B funding round co-led by Elephant and Breega. The company expected to utilize the funds to invest in its technology platform globally, grow its presence in Europe, and expand its footprint in the US.
