ForwardX Robotics offers end-to-end logistics (automated mobile robots) AMR solutions in warehousing and manufacturing settings including material handling, order picking, docking operations, and storage management. Its products combine an orchestration engine with vision-based AMR technology for end-to-end automation. Its AMR solutions include Flex series, Max series, Apex series, Conveyor series, Lynx series, and Fleet Manager, which are maintained by a proprietary fleet management software.

 These robots come with functionalities like 360° obstacle detection and avoidance, autonomous rack position detection and docking by its sensors and cameras. The company claims that these robotic solutions could help customers achieve up to 50% cost savings and reach 99.99% picking accuracy. Notably, as of May 2023, the company had applied for over 400 patents, with over 190 international patents granted. 

The company has offices and teams in China, Japan, and the US. In May 2023, the company expanded its operations into Europe.

ForwardX Robotics has developed its AMR solutions for companies such as L’Oreal, IKEA, SF DHL, UNIQLO, Walmart, Orbis, Mitsubishi, JD Logistics, Chery, and BYD.

To provide AMR solutions to more users and build an ecosystem for global R&D and delivery, it has established collaborations with distributors, integrators, and technology partners including companies such as Intel, Huawei, and Qualcomm.

In July 2024, the company partnered with Voyatzoglou, a warehouse technology distributor, to expand its market presence in Greece and Romania.
