Diality Inc. is a medical technology company based in Irvine, California, that has developed the Moda-flx Hemodialysis System, a versatile and mobile hemodialysis device. Diality's hemodialysis system achieves the same flow rates as in-center systems, where approximately 85% of treatments are currently performed.

The Moda-flx system is designed to be user-friendly for both professional staff and patients or caregivers, enabling its use in various healthcare settings, including hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and dialysis centers. The system's flexibility allows kidney care providers to choose the most appropriate prescription for their patients and practices as the market evolves toward delivering dialysis in a broader range of settings.

In addition to its versatility, the Moda-flx system boasts the ability to achieve dialysate flow rates up to twice those of its competitors, enabling fewer treatments per week or shorter treatment times while achieving standard dialysis efficacy metrics more efficiently than existing devices in the category. This feature is particularly significant given the total addressable market for Diality's hemodialysis system, estimated to be over USD 7 billion in the US alone.

In preparation for the commercial launch of the Moda-flx system, Diality has partnered with Paramit Corporation, a medical device manufacturer, to manufacture the capital components of the innovative hemodialysis system. This partnership aims to accelerate the commercialization effort and leverage Paramit's expertise in complex electromechanical and fluidic systems, including hemodialysis machines.
