Yespark

Based in France, Yespark is a developer of a mobile parking app enabling drivers to search, navigate, and access both on-street and off-street parking spaces. It offers drivers the flexibility of renting a parking space for a short period of time, e.g., one month, and cancel easily and free of charge. The digital remote control on the Yespark app can be used to access the car-parking spaces.  

In 2018, the company acquired Parking-Facile, a short-term parking platform in private landlord car parks, to consolidate its position in the French parking market.

Yespark has a strong focus on sustainability and enables users to search for parking spaces with EV-charging stations, playing an active role in reducing carbon. As of September 2023, it had contributed to reducing 16,118 tons of carbon dioxide, which is equivalent to 307 flights. The company also offers charging solutions that help the transition to EVs and facilitate last-kilometer delivery without heavy vehicles through storage solutions that have adopted this application.

As of 2020, Yespark had ~ 20,000 subscribers and offers its services in ~ 40,000 parking spaces in the Netherlands, Italy, and France. 

Funding and Financials

In May 2022, the firm raised EUR 28 million (~USD 29.82) to expand its offerings of private charging stations. The firm also claimed to have experienced a 35% annual growth between 2015 to 2022.
