In March 2022, the company partnered with Markerstudy Broking, which works with Asda Money to provide pet insurance. This collaboration gives Asda Money pet insurance customers access to Joii Pet Care's 24/7 digital vet services, including unlimited video consultations with qualified and RCVS registered UK vets.

In May 2022, Vet-AI secured a combined investment from Hill's Pet Nutrition and Correlation One Holdings. This partnership allows Vet-AI to integrate nutrition expertise into the Joii Pet Care offering, further enhancing its holistic veterinary care approach. The collaboration with Hill's Pet Nutrition also aims to open up digital veterinary care to millions of pet owners through the Joii Pet Care app.
