As of January 2021, Landbot had 2,200 paid customers and 50,000 total users. Its customers ranged from SMEs to large enterprises including Uber, Nestle, CocaCola, and LG with around 60% of its customers hailing from the US, the UK, and Germany.
Landbot’s recurring revenue has risen over 10x from July 2018 to January 2021. This growth was driven by pandemic-driven demand, particularly among e-commerce enterprises seeing an influx of new customers.
The company raised USD 8 million in Series A funding in January 2021. Landbot aims to use the capital to double headcount via an expansion of its sales, marketing, and engineering teams. Landbot also acquired India-based marketing automation tool, Morph.ai, to expand its presence in Asia.
