SeekNow (formerly known as LadderNow) offers a property inspection platform catered to roof repairs using a combination of AI, aerial photography, 4D, and virtual and augmented reality. The company offers its platform to insurance carriers for use in assessing claims that require roof inspection services.

In February 2019, the company partnered with Next Gear Solutions, a software platform provider for property restoration, to create and audit property and casualty estimates. The company claimed to be serving more than 150 insurance carriers across all 50 states as of March 2020.
