365 Retail Markets offers an end-to-end integrated SaaS software, payment processing, point-of-sale hardware, self-checkout kiosks, and smart cabinets for automated checkouts. Its self-checkout kiosks are designed for retailers and restaurants. These kiosks enable customers to scan their items using the built-in barcode scanner and pay using their preferred payment option, selecting from a range of available options including credit or debit card or the 365 app.

The company also offers a range of smart cabinets that can be unlocked using credit or debit cards. The cabinets use AI image recognition, load-bearing sensors, and smart planograms to identify items picked up by customers and charge the customers for their purchase when the cabinet door is closed. The cabinets are available in regular and refrigerated options.

365 Retail Markets also develops a mobile checkout application for smart stores, which can be used in integration with the self-checkout kiosks and smart cabinets. The app enables customers to create an account by registering their preferred method of payment from a range of payment options, including credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Android Pay, and Samsung Pay, and scan a QR code generated by the app to complete the purchases.

The company’s  “Connected Campus SM” solution integrates its POS systems, self-service kiosks, kitchen order management systems, and mobile app with one global market account (GMA), enabling the operators to manage its operations better.

365 retail markets has followed an acquisitive strategy in expanding its market presence and product portfolio. The company’s acquisitions include AirVend, a touch screen technology company (April 2015), smart cabinet and vending machine technology companies Stockwell (August 2020), Sentry (May 2022), and restaurant order management technology companies Spoonfed (December 2021), and Kafoodle (April 2023).
