Visier is a Canadian HR analytics platform which pulls data from various third-party tools used by businesses to offer workforce analytics solutions. This includes factors such as workforce productivity, engagement, and retention. It pulls data using pre-built connectors and offers users the flexibility to build data integrations. In August 2021, Visier launched Visier NOW, a purpose-built packaged solution to address urgent workforce challenges. The launch included two ready-to-deploy solutions namely Retention focus (an early warning system for retention risks), and Guided Diversity Planning (workforce planning solution by taking into account diversity, equity, and inclusion goals). Visier boasts more than 12 million employee data points which allows it to provide benchmarking statistics for multiple industries.
In September 2024,Visier introduced a real-time people data platform to help organizations address workforce challenges and launched AI-based product innovations for executives to provide workforce AI edge..Previously in June 2023, the company launched "Vee" a generative AI-based virtual assistant which adds a conversational interface to the company's people analytics solution, Visier People. Additionally, the company launched 'Smart Compensation', a data-driven compensation planning process for employees.
Visier acquired the assets of Boostrs, a skills mapping platform, for an undisclosed amount in October 2022. As part of the deal, Visier hired 10 engineers and data scientists from the Boostrs’ team, whilst its Paris office became a Visier satellite office. Through the acquisition, Visier gained insights into recruitment, retention, learning & development, and compensation. This deal followed its acquisition of collaboration analytics firm Yva.ai in May 2022, which enabled Visier to offer its clients a more comprehensive suite of tools to better understand their employees and organizational networks.
Key customers and partnerships
As of January 2024, Visierhad over 43,000 customers worldwide adding 20,000 new customers during FY2024. Notable enterprises using the platform included Panasonic, ebay, Ford and Bridgestone. The company noted that it was focused on expanding its footprint in the Asia Pacific region, acquiring customers within said region over the year.
In August 2024, Visier partnered with Augeo,an engagement platform technology provider to develop an advanced AI-powered engagement and recognition insights.
