As of August 2023, the company provided services to over 100,000 Medicare and Medicaid patients through its 140 clients across 37 states.

In August 2023, TimeDoc Health partnered with Valley-Wide to connect its chronic care management program to rural communities across Colorado. Through the partnership, Valley-Wide Health Systems launched and began managing a chronic care management program.
